Fine Arts Camp

FINE ARTS CAMP DESCRIPTION
Lamoka’s Fine Arts Camp is a phenomenal week of music for musicians between the ages of 10 and 18! Our godly and professional Fine Arts Instructors have designed Fine Arts Week to provide technique and theory instruction which will benefit musicians of all levels. Whether a new music lover or a dedicated musician, this week is fantastic for any camper desiring to improve their craft.

The week includes all the activities Camp Lamoka is known for (tubing, climbing, archery, group games, swimming, crafts, etc.), but most of the week is filled with sessions, activities, and practices that are focused on art and music. Upon arrival, campers will choose one track in which they will participate all week long. Our three tracks are Band, Drama, and String Orchestra (descriptions below). All campers, no matter what track they choose, will come together every day to form a large group choir which will prepare a number of choral pieces for the concert at the end of the week. This concert will also feature the Band, a Special Choir, and the String Orchestra. An Art Show and BBQ will follow the concert in the Lamoka Dining Hall.
