Administrator

Greg Howard

Greg Howard is the current camp administrator at Lamoka Baptist Camp. Greg has 4 wonderful children (Wesley, Evangelyn, Ayla, and Waverly) with his wife Jodianne. Greg Howard has served at Lamoka in different capacities for over 20 years. He is passionate about sanctification and creating a place where campers and families can grow closer to, and serve, God. He has a bachelors degree in Communications and Bible from Summit University, a Masters degree in English and Rhetoric from SUNY Binghamton, and an Master’s of Divinity from Baptist Bible Seminary. He is currently working on a Doctorate in Next Generation Ministry at Liberty University. He is also currently serving as a deacon at Harvest Baptist Church in Bath NY. Greg’s favorite food is Pizza and his favorite restaurant is Texas Road House. He enjoys reading, writing, and cooking.

Alyssa Grizenko

Alyssa has served at Lamoka for many years in various capacities. She is currently serving as the Camp’s Assistant Administrator, Communications Director, and head of personnel. She has a B.A. in Communications and is a member of a local Baptist church where she serves in various ways. Alyssa is know for her God-centered focus, unbeatable work ethic, and her passion for the spiritual growth of young people. Housekeeping Coordinator

Cindy Henry

Cindy Henry has faithfully served at Lamoka Baptist Camp for decades. Her ceaseless work and genuine love has made Lamoka what it is today! She began serving full-time for decades. Cindy has three sons and seven grandchildren, and Lamoka holds a special place in her heart as it is the place where she and her husband Ed met, and also the place where three of her grandsons came to know Christ as Savior. She is currently serving as the Camp’s House Keeping Coordinator and is responsible for all the interior living spaces on campus as well as the grounds and landscaping. Her greatest joy is the months spent in the craft barn, where she serves as our Craft Coordinator, ministering with the wonderful staff that comes to serve God each summer! Cindy is a member of People’s Baptist Church in Newfield, New York.

Office Administrator

Amber Tham

Amber attends Bradford Baptist Church in Bradford, NY.  She got married in 2005, and she and her husband have 3 wonderful children.  They spend a lot of their time at sporting events for their children and their community.  They also serve in the music ministry at their church. Amber attended Lamoka Baptist Camp as a young child and started her first job here, when she was 14, in the kitchen.  She also spent one summer helping out as a counselor for a few weeks. Currently she is serving in the office as an office administrator and has been in this role for about 5 years.  Amber loves working here knowing that she can have a part in the overall mission of winning lost souls for Christ and seeing many lives changed. She also wants to be able to give back to the ministry that has held a special place in her heart since she was a little girl.

Chairman of the Board

Brian Morgan

Brian Morgan is the chairman of the board of directors at Lamoka Baptist Camp, a role he has held for over 10 years. He is one of the most passionate supporters of the ministry being done at Lamoka and works hard to see that it improves and grows, so it can reach more people and children with the Gospel. Brian currently attends People’s Baptist Church in Newfield NY with his wife Nancy. He has three children (Emily, Bridgette, and Sarah). Brian is also the owner and operator of Morgan Landscaping Company.

Vice Chairman of the Board

Tim Hamilton

Tim Hamilton is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Pastor at Calvary Baptist in Trumansburg, NY. He has served at Calvary for 16 years and has been actively serving with Lamoka for over 5 years. He and his wife Vicky have 6 grown children and 5 grandchildren, and they have served together as a family in many different ways at Lamoka. Tim has spoken at Family Camp, Junior Camps and Teen Retreats, and presently oversees many projects on campus in addition to working at the zipline (a particular favorite of Tim’s!) Tim also serves as the head of the buildings and grounds committee, where he oversees much of the capital improvement and repair projects on campus. Pastor Hamilton has a Doctorate degree from BBS and has a passion for outreach, serving in many ways in the nearby public school and in the town of Trumansburg.

Paul Brown

Paul Brown is the current pastor at Glen Baptist Church in Watkins Glen NY. He has decades of camping experience and serves as the treasurer of Lamoka Baptist Camp.

Head of Facilities

Callum Young

Callum is Camp Lamoka’s Head of Facilities. Callum Young attended and worked at Lamoka before joining its leadership staff in 2020. In 2022, God called him to join the full-time staff. He loves Lamoka and improves everything he touches.
