Cost

The cost of Family Camp depends on where you stay. We have six lodging options (see chart below for prices). A non-refundable fee of $100 is due at registration. This fee reserves your spot and will be deducted from your total amount when you arrive (this is NOT an additional fee.) To see information about each lodging option, click on the Lodging Description TAB above. These fees cover 15 meals, all the activities (except paintball and the professional massages, which are available for an extra charge,) and your week of lodging. Crafts, snacks, gift shop products, etc are an extra, but optional, cost. NOTE: Children under 1 year old attend camp for free.

*Early Arrival (Sunday): Starting in 2023, we are allowing families to arrive early on Sunday afternoons/evenings. This option is available for a non-refundable fee of $75. If you would like to arrive early, please indicate this on your registration or by calling our office at least two weeks before you arrive for your week of camp.

*NEW Pet & AC Fee – Starting in 2022, if you are going to bring your pet or a portable AC unit, please contact our office to notify us. A fee of $50 for pets and $25 for AC units will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse pets or AC units. Pets are to be kept on leashes and under control while on campus. Pets are not allowed inside buildings (chapel, dining hall, cabins, etc without express permission from the director).

*Large Family Cost Cap: In 2024, immediate families will only pay up to $1,200. This applies to single cabins/lodgings and immediate family only (parents and children in a single-family). This cap changes yearly and may not be the same in future years. Please contact us or visit this page in the future to see any changes that may occur.

Lodging Descriptions

Lodging Descriptions

RV – Camp Lamoka’s RV Sites include a hook up for septic, water, and power. These RV sites are located near our Dining Hall and Lamoka Lake (the lake can be seen from most of these locations)

TENT – We have multiple locations perfect for tent camping. When you arrive you will be able to choose your own tent camping site.

Mini Cabin – We have two mini cabins on campus. Neither cabin has an attached bathroom. Both cabins have room for 2 people comfortably (3 if you do not mind close quarters). If your family is any bigger then 2 or 3 we suggest you reserve a regular cabin, which can house up to 11-12 people.

Cabin – This is the most popular and abundant lodging option on our campus. We suggest this option for first-time campers and returning campers alike. Our cabins are rustic, but comfortable and can house up to 11-12 people. Each cabin is positioned between 20 and 80 feet from the nearest bathroom. None of these cabins have a bathroom facility attached.

Carpenter’s Lodge Room – We have 2-3 carpenter’s Lodge Rooms available each Family Camp. These rooms can hold 3-6 people and have bathrooms attached. These rooms have amenities consistent with nice motel-style rooms.

Lakeside Rooms – These rooms are a new addition to our campus (as of 2017-2018). These rooms can hold 2-3 people comfortably and have partial bathrooms attached. These rooms are located on the edge of our Foodservice Building, giving you a great view of the lake out your windows.
